Zen Thai Shiatsu - a conversation without words.
A weaving together of Shiatsu, Thai massage and osteopathic techniques - this therapeutic practice is one of listening deeply to what lies within both the physical and energetic body.
A practice of unravelling patterns in the body, supporting the nervous system, and bringing balance back into all layers of the being.
Each private 1:1 session begins with a diagnosis and is 100% tailored to the individual’s needs and desires. Jac treats clients from Aloha Active studio in Noosa, home visits are also available at an additional cost. Also available to bring body-work to your retreat guests at a discounted rate for multiple bookings.

Private yoga sessions can be for yourself one-to-one, or as a group booking for your family & friends, workplace, retreat or private event.
ONE:ONE YOGA —
One-to one sessions are designed to assist and empower you in taking your practice to the next level. Each session is tailored to your needs and desires, and will focus on refining your practice - sessions may also involve breaking down alignment and micro-adjustments, understanding energetics, exploring breath, and philosophy.
SINGLE CLASS: $110 | 5 CLASS PACK: $500
PRACTICE AS MEDICINE —
A program tailored to you, using specific practices consisting of asana, breath and meditation as energetic alchemy - to assist you with whatever you may be moving through. These tailored programs will leave you with a practice that you can continue daily after the program ends.
6 WEEK PROGRAMS: $750
ONE:ONE SESSIONS MAY BE ONLINE, OR IN PERSON ON THE SUNSHINE COAST.
